At AMINU, marketplaces like Nykaa and Amazon are not just sales channels - they are major discovery engines for the brand. How we show up on search, category pages, and sale events directly impacts customer perception, acquisition and revenue.

We’re looking for a senior e-commerce marketing professional who understands how beauty brands grow on platforms like Nykaa and Amazon. Someone who knows how listings, campaigns, launches, and platform visibility work together to drive real revenue.

This role is about owning and scaling Aminu’s presence across marketplaces — improving discoverability, driving conversions, and building a strong brand presence within the ecosystem of each platform.

What you will do:
  • Lead Aminu’s growth across marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, and emerging e-commerce platforms by improving product discoverability, optimizing listings for conversion, and driving promotional and advertising strategies.
  • Own marketplace performance end-to-end, including dashboards, revenue targets, campaign tracking, listing performance, and platform analytics.
  • Improve organic visibility and category rankings through keyword strategy, listing optimization, and category positioning.
  • Plan and execute platform-specific marketing initiatives, including sale events, product launches, seasonal promotions, and platform-led campaigns.
  • Manage marketplace advertising such as on-site ads and platform promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Lead the marketplace side of product launches, ensuring strong discoverability, visibility, and placement during launch windows.
  • Develop and optimize bundles, combos, and platform-exclusive offerings to improve AOV and sales velocity.
  • Track pricing, promotions, and competitor activity across platforms to maintain strong category positioning.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and supply teams to align inventory, pricing, and promotional plans.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal operations teams and delivery partners, including booking marketplace appointments and ensuring orders are dispatched and delivered to platform warehouses on time.
  • Build and manage relationships with marketplace account managers and platform partners to unlock visibility and growth opportunities.

  • What we’re looking for:
  • Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, listing optimization, and platform campaigns.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance brand positioning with platform performance.
  • Experience managing platform sale events, product launches, and promotional calendars.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on experience managing brand growth on Nykaa and Amazon.

Interview process:

You will have 3 rounds of interview as well as an assignment round.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (in-office)

Work days: Monday to Saturday (we’re growing fast, and this rhythm helps us stay on pace)

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
