Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our product listings, online orders, and customer queries across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website/social media.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload product listings with accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Handle daily orders - confirmation, packaging coordination, tracking, returns.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store for inventory.
- Assist with WhatsApp catalog updates and basic Instagram uploads.
- Coordinate offers, deals, and banner updates.
- Work closely with the social media team and store team.

• *Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in e-commerce operations (freshers with strong skills can apply).
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other e-commerce portals.
- Familiar with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Canva (basic).
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
