Profile: E-commerce Admin Support-Surat-30k

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce / Backend / Operations roles

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record maintenance
• Handle end-to-end e-commerce operations such as order processing, product uploads, SKU updates, pricing, and stock management
• Track order status, dispatch timelines, deliveries, and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounts) to ensure smooth operations
• Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, and couriers for shipment tracking and issue resolution
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports, order data, and inventory records with high accuracy
• Manage emails, scheduling, and operational follow-ups to support senior team members

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with good technical knowledge and experience would also work)
• Strong command over spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic e-commerce tools
