  • Dynatrace Associate/Professional certification is mandatory.

    Role/ Position: Dynatrace Architect / SME’s

    Role/Position Summary: The Observability Architect is responsible for guiding solution development through requirements gathering, analysis, and discovery, as well as creating business plans. They oversee the overall architecture of application monitoring and user experience analytics, as well as the evolution of technical insights, reports, and dashboards for applications. Using Dynatrace, they optimise application performance, identify performance bottlenecks in web applications, and provide solutions. They identify opportunities using Dynatrace and conduct root-cause analysis based on insights from user experience tools. Additionally, they offer end-to-end Observability support.

    Role Description: Work as a Dynatrace Observability Architect within a team to assist the customer in overcoming their most challenging performance monitoring issues. Collect customer application monitoring requirements, data, and diagrams. Recommend baseline monitoring thresholds, KPIs, and SLAs, and provide infrastructure suggestions for monitoring tools. Apply expertise in configuring alerts, dashboards, and data trend analysis within monitoring tools. Utilise customer service skills to manage customer expectations, requirements, team tasks, and organise large data sets for integration into an enterprise monitoring solution.

    Skills for this position will include:
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of Dynatrace agents and collectors.
  • Experience in setting up an end-to-end monitoring framework using Dynatrace in critical environments.
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of Dynatrace tools, managed on-prem and Cloud platforms.
  • Experience in setting up Dynatrace managed Cluster on-prem and migrating data from the Cloud to the on-prem cluster.
  • Experience in the installation, configuration and upgrade of Dynatrace Active Gates and One Agent.
  • Experience in setting up Problem notifications and alerting profiles in Dynatrace managed.
  • Experience in configuring agentless Real User Monitoring and Synthetic monitoring for web-based applications.
  • Experience in integrating ITSM tools like SNOW and Slack with Dynatrace using the webhook to send email notifications.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing complex Dynatrace/OEM deep diagnostics solutions across complex applications and enterprise platforms
  • Experience with deployment and configuration of Dynatrace RUM, including the ability to troubleshoot down to the individual user level.
  • Experience with deployment and configuration of Dynatrace GRAIL, including the ability to manage log management and troubleshoot it.

  • Additional skills:
  • Exposure to event correlation and machine learning.
  • Exposure to Prepare Event Management Planning and Strategy.
  • Exposure to authentication and entitlement management with LDAP or SAML.
  • Exposure to Middleware components such as Webserver, AppServer, Messaging, Integration.
  • Exposure to Java, AWS Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Terraform, GCP, Azure, CDK, automated testing, CI/CD experience preferred.
  • Exposure to Preparing Performance Test Strategy, Performance Test Plan, Performance Test Summary reports, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.
  • Working knowledge on open source tools would be beneficial.
  • Exposure with integration engineering.
  • Ability to script Python, BASH shell, and PowerShell.

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 6 – 8 years (or more) in client-facing Infrastructure, APM architect/consultant roles.

  • Dynatrace Associate/professional certification is mandatory.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
