  • Dynamics 365 Apps _AI Engineering lead

    • Band : C1 / C2

    Location : Bangalore (Preferred)
  • Experienced Dynamics 365 architect, hands-on in utilizing Azure components for Integration and extension scenarios.
  • Expert level in either Dynamics 365 CE Apps or Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain- Functional expertise.
  • Platform extension experience using either of Power apps /X++/ Azure iPAAS/ C#.net custom apps .
  • Experienced in Copilot Studio Solution Design and delivery for real world scenarios.
  • Experienced in deploying some of the following in real world scenarios – Azure Cognitive Service, Azure AI Search , Document intelligence, content understanding, Vision , Voice, Language, Speech and other Azure AI Foundry tools
  • Appreciation of different LLMs and purpose of deployment for various business scenarios.
  • Custom AI solutions development and deployment experience on top of Dynamics 365 Platform .
  • Minimum of 12 years of overall experience

    • 2 : D365 FO Rollout Solution Architect

    Band : C1/ C2

    Location : Pune/ Mumbai

    Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect to lead the rollout of D365FO. You will work with a scalable global template, manage localizations, drive governance, and ensure smooth regional deployments while aligning business and IT strategies.

    Responsibilities:
  • Manage a global D365FO template covering Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee solution architecture including integrations, extensions, and data migration.
  • Lead fit-gap workshops, create rollout plans, and support go-lives.
  • Establish governance processes and manage deviations from the global core.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, country teams, and Microsoft partners.

    • Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Dynamics AX / D365FO; 5+ years leading global rollouts.
  • Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Retail modules, and localizations.
  • Strong skills in solution architecture, integrations, and global stakeholder management.
  • Microsoft certifications preferred (Finance, SCM, or Solution Architect Expert).
