• Develop and to ensure the implementation of Quality Management systems in the entire organization.
• Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against targets. 3.Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels on monthly basis.
• Responsible to coordinate with customer for visit/Audit Planning and customer complain handling.
• Responsible for Maintaining records and documentation related to quality procedures, audits, and inspections.
• Involvement during New part feasibility review along with development team to ensure first time right product launching.
• Responsible for IATF, Customer-certification, and any other systems. To ensure inspection and testing as per schedule and maintain the records for the same. 7.To coordinate with all the departments for day-to-day activities for product quality improvement.
• Vendor Selection assessment & other documentation work. To interact with suppliers to develop the suppliers Quality system and improve supplier quality ratings.
• Ensure implementation of ISO/OSHAS quality system in department. 10.Resolve & reduced customer complaints and take necessary CAPA. 11.Timely submission & Approval of PPAP from customer
• Responsible for the Internal and incoming qualty.

Skills required:8D, PPAP, PFMEA, FMEA, Quality System, APQP,7QC tools.
