As a Branch Manager at the leading Retail Bank in Mumbai, your role will involve managing branches in Mumbai to ensure sourcing, profitability, and collection while maintaining a high-quality portfolio in line with company norms and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Area in terms of Sales, Branch operations, and administration.
- Building a high-quality portfolio for the Area.
- Achieving targeted goals for the Branches in the Area.
- Tracking and ensuring repayments of the disbursed loans in the Area.
- Maintaining, managing, and delivering Branch productivity.
- Ensuring sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve desired results.
- Hand-holding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve targets.
- Conducting field visits with branch team members to support in sourcing & collection.
- Leading the sales team to high performance and fostering teamwork.
- Building and nurturing a high-performance team.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with policies, processes, and regulatory matters.
- Training team members on products and processes.

Qualifications required for this role:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Post-graduation, preferably an MBA.
- Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above.

Experience:
- 5-15 years of experience in Private commercial banks and large banks.
- Prior experience in Sales & Collection function, particularly in Housing Finance, Loan against property, or Business Loan sectors.

Language and Technical Skills:

- Computer/technical skills: Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office applications.
