Job Summary

We are hiring a Dubbing Director responsible for overseeing the complete dubbing process, ensuring high-quality voice performances that align with the original content’s emotion, timing, and cultural context.

Key Responsibilities

· Direct voice actors during dubbing sessions to achieve natural and engaging performances.
· Ensure lip-sync accuracy and timing alignment with original visuals.
· Interpret scripts and guide tone, emotion, and delivery.
· Collaborate with translators, writers, and sound engineers for seamless output.
· Maintain consistency in character voices across episodes or projects.
· Supervise recording sessions and ensure efficient workflow.
· Conduct performance reviews and retakes where required.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of dubbing techniques, lip-sync, and voice direction.
· Excellent communication and voice actor direction skills.
· Deep understanding of storytelling, emotions, and character arcs.
· Familiarity with recording studios and dubbing workflows.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in film, OTT, animation, audiobooks, or multilingual content dubbing.
