Job Description:

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with 4-5 years of professional experience who has worked extensively in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server, with the ability to design and deliver impactful BI solutions that support business decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop.


• Create data preparation workflows using Tableau Prep for efficient data transformation.


• Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and scalability.


• Manage publishing, scheduling, and security on Tableau Server.


• Monitor and troubleshoot Tableau Server performance issues.


• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.


• Provide insights into financial, compliance, and customer analytics through Tableau visualizations.


• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and deliver timely solutions.


• Coordination with Internal DWH team for data availability for tableau.

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED*


• 4-5 years in BI development with a focus on Tableau.


• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.


• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).


• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.


• Exposure to BFSI processes such as compliance, risk management, and financial reporting.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
