We are seeking a Draughtsman cum Revit Modeler to develop accurate 3D structural models and detailed drawings for USA-based projects, primarily involving wood-framed buildings. The role requires close coordination with the structural engineering and design teams while working from architectural inputs.

Key Responsibilities:


• Create and develop structural 3D models using Revit Structures for USA projects.


• Prepare and extract 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details) from Revit models.


• Develop detailed wood building models, including framing layouts, beams, columns, footings, and connections.


• Coordinate Revit models with architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and clash-free outputs.


• Prepare section cuts of buildings, walls, beams, columns, slabs, footings, and other critical structural components.


• Revise and update Revit models and drawings based on engineer markups and review comments.


• Use AutoCAD for drafting support, redline corrections, and legacy drawing modifications.


• Maintain Revit standards, families, templates, and drawing quality as per company guidelines.


• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Experience Requirements:


• 0–2 years of experience in Structural Revit modeling for USA-based projects.


• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in wood building modeling/drawings for USA projects (preferred).


• Basic understanding of US construction practices for wood structures is an advantage.

Technical Skills:


• Revit Structures – Proficient (mandatory).


• AutoCAD – Expert level (mandatory).


• Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural drawings, especially for wood-framed buildings.


• Knowledge of beams, columns, footings, slabs, and framing systems.

Qualification:


• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Ability to coordinate with engineers and team leads effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct modeling/drafting errors.


• Capable of working under deadlines and delivering quality outputs at speed.
