Position: Dorm Boy / Hostel Attendant
Location: Pathfinder Boarding School, Haldwani | Nainital

Key Responsibilities:

• Wake up students as per schedule and ensure daily bathing and grooming discipline.
• Supervise students during morning routines, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening prep.
• Maintain dormitory discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene with the support of housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular locker and cupboard checks; report any prohibited items or violations to the Warden.
• Ensure proper laundry collection, distribution, and uniform readiness for the next day.
• Monitor students during study hours, sports, recreational activities, and night prep.
• Take daily attendance, supervise night brushing, and ensure lights off at designated time.
• Assist in organizing students in proper lines during fruit breaks, milk breaks, and meal times.
• Switch on/off motor and electrical appliances as per schedule and ensure overall maintenance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by school management during emergencies or special occasions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass
• Prior experience in hostel/dorm management preferred.
• Ability to maintain discipline, patience, and responsibility while dealing with students.
• Physically active, punctual, and well-groomed.
• No use of mobile phones for personal/social activities during duty hours.

Additional Information:

• Duty hours will cover morning to night hostel responsibilities.
• Accommodation and meals will be provided by the school.
• In case of need, duties may be reassigned at any location, including the new school site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
