Job Overview:

NSDA INDIA PVT LTD is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Door-to-Door Canvassers / Lead Generators to promote our modular kitchen and furniture solutions. The role involves direct field marketing through residential outreach, canopy activities, and lead generation to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential societies, apartments, and targeted areas in Noida.

- Organize and manage canopy activities to attract potential customers.

- Generate high-quality leads for modular kitchens and furniture products.

- Educate customers about company offerings, ongoing deals, and design solutions.

- Collect and maintain accurate customer data for follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the sales/design team to schedule site visits and consultations.

- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation.

- Provide regular feedback from the field to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or lead generation (freshers can apply).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and interacting with customers.

- Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality.

- Basic knowledge of modular kitchens, furniture, or interiors is an advantage.

Skills Required:

- Lead generation & customer engagement

- Persuasion and negotiation skills

- Time management and discipline

- Local area familiarity (Noida & nearby regions preferred)
