Job Description:

We are looking for a Domestic Web Consultant / Digital Marketing Telecaller to handle client communication within India. The candidate will be responsible for explaining website development and digital marketing services, generating leads, and following up with potential clients.

Digital Marketing Telecaller – Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to domestic/international clients
• Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
• Generate and qualify leads through calling
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Handle client queries over phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain call records and lead details
• Schedule meetings or calls for the sales/marketing team
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for client requirements
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
• Maintain professional communication and client relationships

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in domestic web consulting or digital marketing sales
• Languages: Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, and digital marketing
• Qualification: 12th pass or above

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
