**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make inbound calls to prospective customers for domestic hotel bookings and tour packages.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding hotels, homestays, tour packages, and travel services.
- Explain package details, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with clients for advance payments, balance payments, and confirmations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
