Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize a customer-first approach
- Possess strong listening skills and ask effective follow-up questions
- Ability to craft compelling stories with unique perspectives
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, assess and move multiple transactions through the pipeline
- Ensure accurate pipeline reporting and smooth quarterly sales forecasts
- Introduce LeadSquared's Solution to appropriate buyers in the Targeted Geographical Market
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
- Identify Key Decision Makers through research and prospecting
- Conduct Client-need Analysis, track pain points, and develop outreach strategies leveraging various teams

Qualifications Required:
- 8 years of experience selling Software Products in CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, or Business Process Automation to Large Enterprise Customers
- Experience in selling software as a service is advantageous
- Proficiency in demonstrating software solutions over web meetings
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related fields
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and align them with software solutions
- Self-motivated with excellent multitasking skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Build strong relationships with customers
