    - Set goals, KPIs, and manage team roadmaps with clear prioritization.
    - Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product, Web, and Ops teams to align on campaigns and strategy.
    - Own growth strategy for each EMEA market in collaboration with Country Managers.
    - Localize global campaigns to fit cultural and behavioral nuances of each market.
    - Build dashboards for performance reporting and guide budget planning with Data & Finance teams.
    - Lead full-funnel performance marketing across various platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
    - Oversee EMEA social strategy, influencer programs, and affiliate growth initiatives.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - 8 10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles within DTC, consumer goods, or eCommerce sectors.
    - Proven success in scaling brands across multiple EMEA markets.
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute strategies effectively.
