About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director – Enterprise Sales (Payments) to drive strategic growth within the global payments ecosystem.

This role is focused on new business acquisition, enterprise merchant partnerships, and expanding payment enablement capabilities across international markets. The successful candidate will have a strong hunter mindset and proven success selling payment infrastructure, merchant acquiring solutions, or cross-border payment services to enterprise clients.

This is a revenue-generating leadership role requiring deep relationships within the fintech and payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive new business acquisition within the B2B payments and fintech ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline targeting high-growth industries.
  • Close strategic deals with merchants and digital platforms requiring payment infrastructure.

  • Merchant & Platform Partnerships
  • Acquire and onboard enterprise merchants and platforms in industries such as:
  • Online gaming / digital entertainment
  • Travel platforms
  • Logistics and shipping companies
  • High-volume digital commerce businesses.

  • Payment Solution Sales
  • Sell and position solutions including:
  • Payment facilitation (PayFac)
  • Cross-border payment solutions
  • Merchant acquiring
  • Payment orchestration platforms
  • Global payment gateway integrations.

  • Strategic Industry Relationships
  • Build partnerships with:
  • Payment service providers (PSPs)
  • Payment gateways
  • Acquiring banks
  • Fintech platforms.

  • Market Expansion
  • Identify opportunities to expand payment acceptance across global markets.
  • Work closely with product and partnerships teams to support merchant onboarding and payment integrations.

  • Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales within payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing large B2B deals in the payments ecosystem.
  • Experience selling solutions such as:
  • Merchant acquiring
  • Payment gateways
  • Cross-border payment platforms
  • Payment orchestration technology.

  • Industry Exposure

    Strong experience selling into sectors such as:
  • Online gaming / gambling platforms
  • Travel and booking platforms
  • Logistics or shipping platforms
  • Digital marketplaces or high-volume e-commerce businesses.

  • Commercial Skills
  • Strong hunter mentality with measurable revenue achievements.
  • Ability to build executive relationships with enterprise clients and fintech partners.
  • Deep understanding of global payment infrastructure and merchant payment flows.
