The role requires close collaboration with educators, government bodies, NGOs, parents, and other stakeholders to create sustainable, scalable impact across multiple schools.

Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership & School Development
  • Contribute to the setup and development of school infrastructure aligned with progressive teaching and learning practices
  • Drive alignment of curriculum and pedagogy with defined student learning outcomes
  • Ensure consistent academic quality and continuous improvement across schools

  • Teacher Development
  • Design and implement teacher training programs focusing on:
  • Pedagogy
  • Empathy and student engagement
  • Communication skills
  • Continuous professional development

  • Student Development & Outcomes
  • Enable academic excellence while supporting diverse learning needs
  • Develop structured career guidance programs aligned to varied career pathways
  • Ensure targeted support for both high-performing students and those needing additional assistance (“No child left behind”)

  • Candidate Profile
  • Strong passion for education and social impact
  • Advanced academic qualifications in Education (minimum M.Ed.; higher qualifications preferred)
  • Additional certifications in teacher training, modern pedagogy, or quality assessment are advantageous
  • Proven leadership experience in reputed private schools (e.g., Principal, Director, Dean, or equivalent roles)
  • Deep understanding of curriculum design, teacher development, and school operations
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly to school locations
  • Proficiency in Kannada is highly desirable
  • Based in or willing to operate from Bangalore

  • Open to experienced professionals, including recently retired education leaders

  • Expected commitment: approximately 10–15 days per month
