Role Title – Direct Sales

Areas of Accountability:

  • Engage - with our potential customers promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.

  • Understand - who our potential customers are, what brought them to TE, their intent and timeline for purchase, thus creating a robust customer profile.

  • Educate - and excite our potential customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their requirements.

  • Nurture - maintain a healthy sales pipeline for TE by converting enquiries into site visits and site visits into closures.

  • Close - close sales by continuously providing all required information and negotiating and facilitating.

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to all our customers.

  • Documentation - formally record each sale in the company’s ERP system and provide regular reports to the function head on the status of the sales pipeline.

  • Knowledge – always maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, projects, company, and industry.

  • Continuously gather market and competition information and provide feedback on buying trends and current campaigns.
