About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage content and advertising strategies for our network of social media brands. This role requires strong technical skills in video editing, paid media, and AI tools, with the ability to create engaging content for both English and Punjabi-speaking audiences.This is a remote position suitable for candidates with a dedicated home office setup and reliable internet connection.Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce and schedule high-quality Reels, Shorts, and static posts across 5 brand pages.
• Target: Approximately 5 pieces of content per page, per week.
• Graphic Design: Design engaging artwork, thumbnails, and visual assets for video campaigns.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to maximize ROI.
• Community Management: Respond to comments and messages, fostering engagement across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal team to secure podcast opportunities and partnerships.
• Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging social media trends and propose viral content ideas.
• Content Writing: Draft SEO-optimized blog posts and video scripts aligned with the content calendar.

Requirements & Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Punjabi is required to effectively manage target audience engagement.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Management.
• Video Editing: Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software for short-form video.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, or design assistance.
• Paid Media: Hands-on experience managing budgets and reporting on Google and Meta ad campaigns.
• Writing: Strong copywriting skills for blogs, captions, and scripts.

As this is a remote position, successful candidates must have access to:

• A reliable computer/laptop capable of handling video editing software.
• High-speed internet connection suitable for uploading large media files.
• A modern smartphone for content testing and mobile platform management.
