About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a WhatsApp
Banking Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our WhatsApp banking
services, ensuring seamless communication and support for our customers through this platform. This
role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of digital communication channels,
campaign management platforms, and the intricacies of the banking industry. The ideal candidate will
possess a proven track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing costs, and leading highperforming
teams.
Responsibilities
. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the WhatsApp banking service.
. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products and
services via WhatsApp.
. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary
changes.
. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through
WhatsApp.
. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security requirements related to digital banking services.
. Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of WhatsApp for customer
interactions.
. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital banking and messaging platforms.
Relevant Experience
. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial
services industry.
. Experience in managing digital communication channels, such as WhatsApp, is highly desirable.
