Role Overview

As the Digital Media Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the brand's online presence. You will bridge the gap between creative content and technical performance, ensuring our message reaches the right audience through both organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Actively manage and grow official social media handles, including Instagram and LinkedIn, to foster community engagement.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and monitor targeted ad campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates.
• SEO Strategy: Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to track digital performance and refine marketing tactics for better ROI.
• Platform Mastery: Maintain expert-level operations within Meta Business Suite and various SEO tools to stay ahead of platform algorithm changes.

Requirements & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Meta Business Suite and standard SEO tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics to interpret traffic patterns and user behavior.
• Communication: Ability to align digital strategies with the overall brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years experience
