Digital Media & Brand Coordination Intern:

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Media & Brand Coordination Intern who will work in close coordination with the Chief Executive — assisting with digital media operations, managing leads, following up on brand opportunities, and ensuring every assigned task is executed with precision and ownership.

This is not a content creation role.

This is a coordination, communication, and execution role — for someone who understands the digital media landscape deeply and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

What You'll Be Doing:

Chief Executive Coordination

Work directly under and alongside the Chief Executive — execute assigned tasks, manage priorities, and ensure all digital media and brand-related responsibilities are followed through end-to-end

Lead Management & Follow-Ups

Maintain an organized pipeline of brand leads, collaboration opportunities, and business inquiries. Follow up consistently, track progress, and ensure no chance goes cold

Influencer & Creator Outreach

Identify relevant influencers, content creators, and digital personalities aligned with Hind Empire's brands. Initiate outreach, manage communication, and coordinate collaborations from first contact to final execution

Brand Deals & Partnerships

Assist in identifying, approaching, and coordinating brand deal opportunities — understand what each brand needs, what the market offers, and how to bridge the two

Social Media Awareness & Support

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, ad campaign formats, and digital marketing developments. Support the team with insights, research, and coordination — without necessarily creating the content yourself

Ad Campaign Coordination
Understand how paid campaigns work across platforms — Meta, Instagram, Google, and beyond. Coordinate with relevant teams or agencies and ensure campaigns are tracked, reported, and aligned with brand objectives

Assigned Work Execution

Be ready to take on any task assigned by the Chief Executive — research, outreach, documentation, scheduling, reporting, or coordination. Ownership of every assigned task is non-negotiable

Qualification

Pursuing or completed a degree / diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Business, or any related field

Certification in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Management is a strong advantage

Communication

Fluent and confident in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

Can represent the brand professionally in calls, emails, influencer conversations, and coordination meetings

Knows how to follow up without being pushy — and close without being aggressive

Digital Knowledge

Solid understanding of how social media platforms operate — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond

Familiar with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and creator ecosystems

Doesn't need to create content — but must know great content when they see it
