Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader who can lead a performance-driven marketing team and execute strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, paid marketing, and team management , with a proven ability to deliver measurable results and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Team
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Manage SEO, SMM, and Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Plan and optimize Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI
- Guide the team in content marketing, keyword strategy, and growth marketing
- Collaborate with management to drive business growth and lead generation

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
- Strong experience in Google Ads, PPC Campaigns, and Performance Marketing
- Expertise in Keyword Research, Technical SEO, and On-Page Optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Marketing Tools
- Excellent team leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting abilities

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Currently working as Team Leader / Senior Digital Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager
- Proven experience in team handling and campaign performance optimization
