Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Management, and Digital Ads. The position is based in Pune Division and is completely work from office role. The specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media platforms, execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, and run effective digital advertising campaigns. The role also includes analyzing performance metrics, creating engaging content, and driving online audience engagement to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts for doctors, clinics, and healthcare brands


• Plan and create engaging content to increase followers and improve audience engagement


• Work on strategies to increase YouTube views, reach, and subscriber growth


• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) including posts, reviews, and visibility


• Plan, create, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns


• Track performance, analyze insights, and improve digital marketing results


• Coordinate with the team for reels, videos, and campaign execution
