We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who is highly skilled in AI-powered lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running high-converting campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social media platforms, while leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize performance and scale lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and lead quality
  • Build and manage full-funnel lead generation strategies including landing pages, ad creatives, and retargeting campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize CPL, ROI, and conversion rates
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, audiences, creatives, and funnels
  • Integrate and manage CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead tracking and nurturing
  • Generate detailed reports and insights to guide marketing strategy
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI marketing, paid media, and growth marketing

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
  • Expert-level experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, AI ad optimization platforms, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution tools
  • Experience in funnel building, landing page optimization, and CRO
  • Knowledge of retargeting strategies and audience segmentation

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience running campaigns for B2B lead generation
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.)
  • Experience managing ₹5L+ monthly ad budgets
  • Understanding of AI-driven ad creatives and predictive targeting

  • Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
