Nemetschek Group in India is seeking a seasoned and strategic Digital Marketing Expert to lead and scale our entire digital portfolio. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of overseeing high-level digital strategy while remaining deeply involved in the execution of complex performance marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, with a proven track record of building scalable demand generation engines that drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the overarching digital strategy, integrating paid search, display, social media, email, webinars, and content marketing into a unified brand presence.

· Direct comprehensive performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, , Meta, and YouTube to maximize qualified lead generation and ROI.

· Oversee the monitoring and optimization of campaign performance, focusing on critical metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and multi-touch attribution.

· Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads through digital channels; optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels

· Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Customer.ai) for predictive analytics, content personalization, and campaign efficiency.

· Design sophisticated lead nurturing workflows using Marketo and Salesforce to manage the entire conversion funnel.

· Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation across channels to achieve aggressive business impact targets.

· Oversee the development of high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, videos) that establishes Nemetschek as an industry leader in the AEC/O sector.

· Lead relationships with external agencies and technology partners to ensure maximum value delivery and alignment with global standards.

· Create comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports, present insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis

· Support go-to-market launches for new products and features with integrated marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or engineering; an MBA in Marketing or advanced certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly preferred.

Experience

· 10–15 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

· Extensive experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, preferably within the AEC/O or construction technology sectors.

· Mastery of Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced marketing attribution modelling.

· A strategic thinker with exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to collaborate with internal and global executive teams.

· Strong experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo

· Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and demonstrate measurable ROI and business impact

· Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to extract actionable insights

Technical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager

· Strong experience with Google Analytics, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

· Experience with landing page builders (Marketo, Lead pages, etc) and marketing CMS platforms

· Ability to work with marketing dashboards and reporting tools
