Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead (Performance Marketing) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in managing paid media across multiple digital channels. Additionally, the role requires maintaining clear and responsive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and manage performance marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and landing page optimization
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for international markets
  • Hands-on experience in handling ad budgets in foreign currencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, display, social, and remarketing channels
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets to achieve growth and efficiency targets (CAC, ROAS, CPL)
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and funnels
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages
  • Drive funnel optimization from awareness to conversion, identifying drop-offs and improving user journeys
  • Identify and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead in performance marketing
  • Work closely with sales/CRM teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategies for the clients
  • Maintain strong focus on ROI and revenue growth, not just traffic or impressions
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices
