We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead to elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and position LA ITALIYA as a dominant luxury interiors brand in India.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital strategy, brand positioning, performance marketing, and lead generation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, creative storytelling, and hands-on execution.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, design, and external agencies to ensure measurable growth and consistent brand excellence across all digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets.
• Strengthen premium brand positioning across all digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns for high-quality luxury leads.
• Track CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion performance.
• Build and manage retargeting and remarketing funnels.

Social Media & Content Leadership

• Lead content calendar strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Drive engagement through storytelling, project showcases, reels, and testimonials.
• Oversee content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, and creative assets.

Website & SEO Optimization

• Optimize website UX and landing pages for conversions.
• Implement SEO strategies to rank for premium interior keywords.
• Monitor website analytics and conversion performance.

CRM & Automation

• Work with CRM tools (Zoho or similar) for lead tracking and nurturing.
• Design email marketing and automated follow-up sequences.
• Improve the lead-to-closure journey through digital automation.

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
• Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies.
• Forecast digital growth and ROI projections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing (luxury, interiors, real estate, or lifestyle preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and performance marketing analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and premium customer psychology.
• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in luxury interiors, architecture, real estate, or premium consumer brands.
• Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools.
• Experience scaling a brand from regional to national presence.
