Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support the promotion of our podcast focused on AI implementation in real life and work environments. The intern will help identify potential interview guests, create engaging content, and strengthen the podcast’s visibility primarily through LinkedIn and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Podcast Promotion & Marketing

• Promote podcast episodes through LinkedIn posts, articles, reels, and short-form content.
• Develop strategies to increase podcast reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Assist in building the podcast brand positioning around AI adoption and practical usage.

2. Guest Outreach & Coordination

• Research professionals, students, founders, educators, and practitioners using AI in daily work or academic life.
• Initiate outreach, schedule interviews, and maintain a pipeline of potential guests.
• Coordinate basic pre-interview communication and information collection.

3. Content Creation

• Create written, visual, or short video content promoting podcast episodes.
• Draft episode summaries, highlight snippets, quotes, and promotional captions.
• Repurpose podcast content into LinkedIn posts, blogs, and promotional creatives.

4. LinkedIn Growth Management

• Support LinkedIn page optimization and consistent posting schedule.
• Engage with comments, relevant communities, and AI discussions.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong interest in AI trends, technology adoption, or digital transformation.
• Good written communication and content storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and professional networking.
• Basic research, outreach, and coordination capability.
• Creativity with content formats (posts, carousels, clips, captions).

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with podcast marketing or content repurposing.
• Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, analytics tools).
• Basic graphic/video editing skills.

Internship Details

• Mode: Remote / Hybrid (flexible).
• Location : NCR
• Duration: 2–6 months (extendable based on performance).
• Certificate / Stipend: As applicable.
• Learning focus: AI communication, digital marketing, professional networking.
