Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Rajkot. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating web content, analyzing web performance, and communicating effectively with team members. Daily tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, optimizing content for SEO, and using web analytics tools to track the success of campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to management.

  • 5. Budget Management
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI on all campaigns.

  • 6. SEO and SEM
  • Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content to improve organic rankings.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

  • 7. Social Media Management
  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Increase engagement, followers, and conversions through organic and paid campaigns.

  • Plan and execute personalized email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain segmented mailing lists for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

  • Lead, train, and mentor the digital marketing team.
