Key Responsibilities Designing & Content Creation
  • Design product posts, brochures, banners, and marketing creatives for social media and website.
  • Create engaging visual content showcasing products, certifications, engineering capabilities, and case studies.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all digital materials (logo usage, messaging, corporate identity).

  • Social Media & Digital Channel Management
  • Manage creation, posting, and scheduling of content across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email newsletters, etc.).
  • Develop content strategies to increase engagement and generate qualified inquiries.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing objectives.

  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation and ROI.
  • Create targeted landing pages for campaigns.

  • SEO & Website Management
  • Conduct keyword research focusing on technical and industrial product terms.
  • Perform on-page SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Ensure website product pages are up-to-date (specifications, images, downloads).
  • Optimize user experience and site performance.

  • Email Marketing
  • Develop and manage email campaigns for product launches, promotions, newsletters, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer database and track engagement performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Suggest improvements based on campaign data and insights.

  • Market Research & Coordination
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track digital activities of competing engineering and building material firms.
  • Collect market insights and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to gather technical product information.
  • Manage digital assets including images, videos, brochures, and coordinate with external agencies if required.

Candidate should have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection (if remote support is required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
