Xapien Innovatus (XIPL) is an early-stage, high-velocity Enterprise AI startup based in Kochi. We are the creators of Tuck, an enterprise-grade Virtual Try-On (VTON) infrastructure platform that is transforming physical and digital retail for billion-dollar brands.

We build hard tech. Our proprietary AI stack processes visual data with the strict guardrails that enterprise retail giants demand. Led by a serial tech entrepreneur with 14+ years of experience (including a previous retail-tech startup acquired by Amazon), we are currently scaling our product with major enterprise clients and preparing for a global rollout.

About the Role

We are looking for a hungry, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to help build our digital presence from the ground up.

Working directly alongside our founders, our Program Manager, and our in-house design team, you will be the engine of our digital execution. You will help roll out our digital Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, execute SEO tactics, and manage our brand promotions to build a B2B presence that converts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital GTM Execution: Assist in rolling out and managing targeted digital campaigns aimed at enterprise retail giants and global online fashion brands.
- SEO Execution: Execute on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization. Help ensure XIPL and Tuck rank for high-intent enterprise keywords by optimizing website content and structure.
- SSM & Brand Promotions: Manage our Social Media Marketing (SSM) channels (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn for B2B outreach). Schedule and distribute high-value content, product demos, and thought leadership to build brand authority.
- Campaign Support: Help set up, monitor, and optimize targeted paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on learning how to maximize ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare basic reports for our Weekly Business Reviews.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Freshers with a strong portfolio, relevant internships, or digital marketing certifications are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Curiosity: Basic understanding of (or a strong eagerness to learn) SEO tools, ad managers, and web analytics.
- The "Hustle" Factor: You don't just schedule posts; you actively look for ways to grow the brand. You are proactive, unfazed by the fast-paced nature of an early-stage startup, and love taking ownership of your tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written English for crafting compelling B2B ad copy, social posts, and marketing collateral.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Kalamassery, Kochi daily.
