Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will plan and execute social media campaigns, manage ad budgets, and analyze performance through Google Analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns (traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversion).
  • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Manage daily posting, stories, and reels across social platforms.
  • Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team for high-performing creatives.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve better ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences.
  • Track audience insights, social trends, and competitor activity.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and maintain brand tone across all social media platforms.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations, content calendar planning, and social promotions.

  • Skills Required:
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
  • Creative mindset with good copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to campaign performance.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns.
