This is not a cold-calling sales job. As a Digital Marketing Consultant at Digifame, you will be the first expert voice a potential client speaks to. You will connect with people who have already shown interest in digital marketing services, understand their business goals deeply, and walk them through how Digifame can help — backed by a customized proposal built just for them.

Think of yourself as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson. Your job is to educate, consult, and present solutions that genuinely fit the client's needs — and in doing so, naturally build the confidence that brings them on board.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Understand Client Needs
  • Connect with inbound leads and follow up with interested prospects over calls and email
  • Ask the right questions to understand their business, industry, goals, and current digital presence
  • Identify what kind of digital support they need — visibility, leads, branding, or all of the above

  • Explain Digifame's Services
  • Walk clients through Digifame's full suite — SEO, social media management, paid ads, content, branding, and web
  • Clearly explain what each service does, why it matters, and how it's relevant to their specific business
  • Handle questions and doubts with clarity, never a script — every client conversation is unique

  • Build & Present Custom Proposals
  • Based on the client's goals, work with the internal team to prepare a tailored digital marketing plan
  • Present the proposal in a compelling, easy-to-understand manner — over email or in a scheduled meeting
  • Position Digifame as the clear best choice through the depth and quality of the proposal itself

  • Confirm & Hand Over to Operations
  • Once the client confirms, document and share complete client details and requirements with the Operations team
  • Ensure a smooth, professional transition with zero information gaps
  • Keep the client engaged and assured through the onboarding phase

  • Stay in Flow
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Keep your lead pipeline active and organized — and move efficiently from one client to the next.

  • A graduate who is curious about digital marketing and genuinely enjoys talking to people
  • Someone who communicates in fluent, professional English — both in writing and on a call
  • A good listener who can translate what a client says into what they actually need
  • Someone who takes initiative and follows through — no lead left behind without a response
  • A team player who can collaborate with internal teams to build strong proposals
  • Prior knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory — we will train you.
