Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Associate – Digital

Marketing (SEO) to join our team in Noida. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial

role in driving organic growth for HCLSoftware by implementing and managing and

executing effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and

  • JavaScript to understand website structure and optimize content.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze HCLSoftware and its products online presence,

  • marketing performance, and competitor landscape to develop/maintain/boost

    visibility and drives organic search traffic.
  • Keyword Mastery: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to

  • identify high-value search terms, trends, and user intent to inform content

    optimization.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with respective teams to create and

  • optimize content that aligns with search intent and improves website

    performance.
  • SEO Implementation: Execute a range of SEO activities, including on-page

  • and technical optimization, link building, and content marketing, to improve

    organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators

  • (KPIs) like organic traffic, search engine rankings, and conversions to assess

    SEO performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify and address

  • technical issues that impact search visibility and user experience.
  • Content Creation: Draft high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs and off-

  • page activities that resonate with the target audience and support business

    objectives.
  • User Experience Focus: Implement UX-related activities to improve website

  • usability and encourage visitor engagement and action.
  • Algorithm Awareness: Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates.
  • AI and LLM Integration: Stay current with advancements in Google AI

  • algorithms and large language models (LLMs) to understand their impact on

    search rankings, content generation, and semantic search optimization.

    Qualifications
  • Experience – 5-7 years of experience in SEO.
  • Previous experience in B2B company is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of SEO, Social, and SEM best practices.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects

and meet deadlines
