About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

A. Content & Social Media:

1. Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, and Reels

2. Develop content calendars and marketing campaigns

3. Write engaging social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns

4. Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation

B. Growth & Marketing Execution:

1. Assist in executing growth marketing strategies

2. Assist in lead generation campaigns

3. Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and community initiatives

C. Presentation & Deck Creation:

1. Create high-quality marketing decks, pitch decks, and strategy presentations

2. Assist founders in preparing investor decks, partnership presentations, and product demo decks

3. Ability to structure ideas and tell a story through presentations.

D. Campaign & Marketing Operations:

1. Help run email drip campaigns and newsletters

2. Support product launches, and promotional campaigns

3. Research market trends and competitor strategies

4. Manage marketing tools like CRM, analytics dashboards, and automation platforms

E. Community & Partnerships:

1. Support community engagement initiatives

2. Help identify potential collaborations and partnerships

3. Assist in outreach campaigns and influencer collaborations

5. Basic knowledge of email marketing and lead generation

6. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, BeeHiiv, Notion, and Google Analytics
