As a Marketing Strategy and Support Analyst at Buxton Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's expansion efforts. Your responsibilities will be divided into two primary areas: Strategy & Analysis, and Campaign Support & Execution.

Role Overview:
You will be tasked with conducting market intelligence research to deeply understand Buxton Consulting's services, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competition, and the state of the IT consulting market. Based on your findings, you will provide data-backed recommendations on how Marketing can best attract new customers and enter new market segments. Additionally, you will assist in capturing and tracking all Marketing communications and campaign performance within the CRM tool to maintain an accurate view of results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to understand services, ICP, competition, and the IT consulting market.
- Strategic Recommendations: Analyze findings and make data-backed recommendations.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking Marketing communications and campaign performance within the CRM tool.

In terms of Campaign Support and Execution, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, edit, and manage client and prospect communications. You will also manage the marketing technology stack and associated activities across social media, email marketing platforms, and press releases. Additionally, you will generate ideas for high-quality content and support events coordination for industry conferences, events, and forums. Recruitment marketing will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 12+ years in a marketing-related role.
- B2B Campaign Experience: Solid grasp of B2B marketing principles and digital workflows.
- Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and email marketing platforms.
- Artificial Intelligence: Good understanding of AI in B2B Marketing.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
