Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Growth Partner for a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will focus on driving digital growth strategies, building and managing end-to-end digital campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, leading digital marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively, and creating strategies to optimize digital engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proven expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing, including campaign management and ROI optimization
• Experience in Project Management with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in working with digital tools and platforms is a plus
