Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing tool operations for digital finance analytics tools. Your role will involve collaborating with end users, finance leaders, product managers, and technical operations teams to deliver robust solutions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first level support for users globally, ensuring best-in-class solutions and business continuance across various platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address business challenges with IT partners, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the IT Operations team.
- Ensure robust daily operations by working with technical teams, handling multiple processes simultaneously including User Access Management and Data Quality checks.
- Drive process excellence initiatives to optimize recurring processes, identify areas for process improvement and automation, and maintain a user-centric mindset.
- Regularly interact with business stakeholders, communicate effectively, identify tool training requirements, and provide support including related material and user guides.
- Collaborate with product managers to facilitate new solutions and features through data analysis, standard process setup, and documentation.

Qualifications Required:
- 7+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in business operations, related skills, and practical experience in basic finance data analytics and financial planning or reporting tools.
- Masters/Bachelors degree in business management, Finance, or FinTech related field.
- Superior communication skills to interact with business leaders across all organization levels.
- Experience in business system analysis, process automations, and data simplification using advanced tools.
