Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX Designer, located in Noida. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, and creating user-centered designs to enhance the overall user experience. Day-to-day tasks include creating prototypes, performing usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure visually appealing and efficient designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

- Experience with Design Thinking and applying user-centered design principles
- Robust portfolio showcasing SaaS dashboards, web apps, UI systems, and interaction design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping).
- Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to create intuitive, appealing interfaces
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create custom UI illustrations and animations.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology or a related field
- Experience with UX design tools and software (e.G., Figma, and other AI Design tools is a plus)
