As a Digital Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing your organization's online presence, engaging customers across digital platforms, and ensuring effective communication through social media, websites, and other digital channels. Your focus will be on increasing customer interaction, boosting brand awareness, and driving digital participation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to enhance customer interaction.
- Plan and execute campaigns to improve brand visibility on various digital platforms.
- Stay updated on digital trends and propose innovative engagement ideas.
- Manage company accounts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to captivate the audience.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer queries on social media.
- Establish strong customer relationships through digital communication channels.
- Conduct online campaigns, polls, and contests to drive customer engagement.
- Address customer feedback and complaints effectively through digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital content such as posts, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication strategy.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics including reach, clicks, likes, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and engagement levels.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics insights.
- Keep the company website and online portals updated regularly.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to execute digital campaigns effectively.
- Provide training to staff on digital tools or engagement platforms if necessary.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Additional Company Details:
This is a full-time and permanent position located in Pathankot, Punjab. The role may require 25% travel. The salary range is 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund.
