Job Description: Digital Content Creator & Video Presenter

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy Digital Content Creator & Video Presenter to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, comfortable in front of the camera, and knows how to make everyday household products—like cooking oil—engaging and relatable to a wide audience.

As the face and voice of our brands, you will create high-quality social media content that highlights our manufacturing heritage, product purity, and the culinary benefits of our various oils.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Presentation: Host and present engaging video content, including product explainers, "behind-the-scenes" factory tours, and cooking demonstrations.
• Vlog Production: Script, film, and edit daily or weekly vlogs that showcase our company culture, production processes, and market presence.
• Content Strategy: Develop a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp to drive brand awareness and B2B engagement.
• Social Media Management: Create high-quality posts, Reels, and Shorts. Monitor trends to ensure our content remains fresh and "market-smart."
• Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute digital ads to promote specific product lines (e.g., Gingelly, Coconut, Sunflower, and Rice Bran oils).
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and use analytics to improve content performance.

Requirements & Skills

• On-Camera Presence: Confident, professional, and friendly personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in mobile or DSLR cinematography and proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or VN Editor).
• Creative Writing: Ability to write catchy captions and scripts that simplify technical manufacturing details for the average consumer.
• Marketing Savvy: Understanding of social media algorithms and bulk messaging platforms (like WhatsApp Business) is a plus.
• Industry Interest: A genuine interest in food, health, and the traditional manufacturing industry.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Tamil is highly preferred to connect with our local and regional markets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
