About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and well-coordinated Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to produce high-quality, engaging posts and short-form videos using AI tools and graphic platforms.

This is a fully remote role that does not require filming or on-camera work, you will focus on crafting compelling visual and video content using digital assets, stock media, and AI-driven tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, or similar.

The ideal candidate should also have strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and align content with overall marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish daily/weekly content (posts and videos) across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI tools and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, ChatGPT) to create branded, engaging, and high-quality content.
• Edit and repurpose stock footage or AI-generated visuals into polished short-form videos (no original shooting required).
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign plans effectively.
• Communicate progress, ideas, and updates clearly with stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content strategies.
• Track content performance and proactively suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content (portfolio or examples required).
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Descript, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, branding, and consistency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-based content creation (e.g., script generation, repurposing blogs into posts, using avatars or animation tools).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
