The role involves content ideation, coordination with the production team and crew, and executing high-quality digital content. Key Responsibilities • Ideate and create engaging content for YouTube and digital platforms • Plan content calendars, scripts, and formats • Coordinate and manage production team & crew during shoots • Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and creatives • Ensure content aligns with brand goals and audience engagement Requirements • Experience as a Digital Content Creator / YouTube Content Manager • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills • Ability to manage production workflow, team, and shoots • Understanding of YouTube trends, formats, and audience behavior • Must be Pune-based • Must be able to commute daily to Narhe, Pune Work Location On-site – Narhe, Pune (Mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: From ₹20,004.68 per month Work Location: In person
