Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Content Creator to plan, create, and manage engaging content for our YouTube channel and production house. The role involves content ideation, coordination with the production team and crew, and executing high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and create engaging content for YouTube and digital platforms
• Plan content calendars, scripts, and formats
• Coordinate and manage production team & crew during shoots
• Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and creatives
• Ensure content aligns with brand goals and audience engagement

Requirements

• Experience as a Digital Content Creator / YouTube Content Manager
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage production workflow, team, and shoots
• Understanding of YouTube trends, formats, and audience behavior
• Must be Pune-based
• Must be able to commute daily to Narhe, Pune

Work Location

On-site – Narhe, Pune (Mandatory)
