About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Associate Manager โ€“ Category Marketing to strengthen our Digital Performance Marketing team.

This role exists to increase execution speed, accuracy, and clarity across performance-led category campaigns. You will own the operational backbone of marketing initiativesโ€”ensuring that content, campaigns, tracking, influencer collaborations, drip journeys, and event activations are tightly aligned so teams can move fast without breaking things.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives on structure, systems, and cross-functional coordination.

What Youโ€™ll Own

๐Ÿ“Œ Content & Campaign Operations

- Own the end-to-end content pipeline for paid marketing assets: ad copies, creatives, videos, landing pages, funnels, and experiment variants
- Build and maintain structured trackers for requests, approvals, dependencies, and go-live status
- Ensure every asset is correctly mapped to campaigns, audiences, funnel stages, and experiments

๐Ÿ“Œ Influencer & Event Marketing Execution

- Execute influencer campaigns (briefing, tracking links, deliverables, performance mapping)
- Support event-led marketing initiatives and ensure digital amplification alignment
- Integrate influencer performance insights into paid and remarketing strategies

๐Ÿ“Œ Drip & Lifecycle Marketing

- Manage drip campaigns (email, WhatsApp, CRM automation)
- Ensure proper segmentation, tagging, and cohort tracking
- Align lifecycle journeys with campaign and funnel goals

๐Ÿ“Œ Program, Data & Quality Control

- Drive execution for launches, lead-gen sprints, and category initiatives
- Maintain strong naming conventions, UTMs, and data hygiene
- Act as the final QA gate before campaigns go live
- Identify recurring operational issues and fix them at the system level

- 2โ€“5 years in category marketing, performance marketing ops, or campaign operations
- Deep working knowledge of:
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, funnels)
- Influencer Marketing
- Drip / Lifecycle Marketing
- Event Marketing
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel proficiency (lookups, pivots, formulas, queries)
- Strong understanding of marketing data pipelines: asset โ†’ campaign โ†’ tracking โ†’ reporting
