As a Digital & Social Growth Manager, you will be responsible for independently driving social media growth, paid campaigns, branding, and performance marketing across various platforms. You must possess a hands-on approach and be willing to execute tasks personally rather than just strategizing or coordinating.

  • In this role, you will own and execute the following key responsibilities:
    - Organic social media growth on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
    - Management of paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta, with occasional involvement on YouTube & Google
    - Conducting creative testing and optimizing performance
    - Defining brand identity and content direction across social channels
    - Handling analytics, tracking, and reporting
    - Conducting growth experiments and optimizing funnels
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • 1. **Organic Social Growth:**
    - Develop and grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube presence
    - Create a short-form content strategy
    - Craft engaging hooks and messaging
    - Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity
    - Drive engagement, profile visits, and bookings

    2. **Paid Social & Digital Advertising:**
    - Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
    - Structure campaigns, audiences, and retargeting funnels
    - Conduct creative A/B testing
    - Optimize daily for performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS
    - Test YouTube and Google ads where strategically relevant

    3. **Branding & Identity:**
    - Sustain a strong and consistent brand presence
    - Align messaging with mental health ethics and sensitivity
    - Balance performance marketing with trust-building efforts

    4. **Analytics & Performance Tracking:**
    - Set up and validate tracking tools like Meta Pixel and GA4
    - Analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CAC
    - Identify areas for optimization in the funnel performance
    - Build performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making
  • *Qualifications Required (Non-Negotiable):**
  • - Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
    - Experience in running paid campaigns on Instagram & Facebook
    - Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube marketing
    - Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
    - Comfortable building and managing campaigns independently
    - Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and structuring funnels
    - Experience in reducing CAC through optimization
    - Strong grasp of short-form content dynamics
