Role Overview: As a Digital Ad Sales/Sponsorship Sales- City Head - Mumbai, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective real estate clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing, strategy, and sales teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and position our agency as a leader in the real estate digital marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

· Experience in B2B - Digital Ad Sales/Sponsorship Sales- City Head - Mumbai, concept selling, space selling, media sales

· Real Estate client connects are highly important

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry, including property developers, real estate brokers, and agencies.

· Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration to expand the agency's client base.

· Present agency services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, website design and branding, to prospective clients.

· Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring revenue targets are met.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors, identifying new market opportunities.

· Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to generate leads and grow brand awareness.

· Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to drive client retention and repeat business.

Key Requirements:

· Master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing or real estate industry.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing services

· Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
