Job Title: QA Radiographer – Diagnostic Quality Assurance (CT/MRI)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Radiographer to join our Quality Assurance team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating diagnostic reports for CT and MRI studies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to medical standards. This is a critical role where your expertise directly impacts patient safety and diagnostic quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate diagnostic reports for CT and MRI studies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to medical standards
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) of medical images reported by radiologists, identifying errors or inconsistencies
- Communicate effectively with radiologists to address discrepancies, missing findings, or concerns in diagnostic reports
- Maintain detailed, organized records of diagnostic findings, patient information, and QA metrics
- Follow established QA protocols and SOPs to maintain consistent quality standards across all reports
- Collaborate with the clinical team to improve reporting accuracy and reduce turnaround time
- Escalate critical findings or urgent quality issues to senior management as needed

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – ability to interact professionally with radiologists and clinical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced technical documentation tools
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- In-depth knowledge of CT and MRI imaging modalities, protocols, and interpretation standards
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing diagnostic report completeness and accuracy
- Effective time management and organizational skills – ability to handle high volumes of reports with precision
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- Degree in Radiography or BSC/MSC in Medical Imaging Technology (required)
- 8+ years of experience in diagnostic radiology, medical imaging, or quality assurance roles
- Prior experience in teleradiology or radiology report QA is highly preferred
- Knowledge of DICOM standards, PACS systems, and radiology workflows is a plus
