What You’ll Be Doing (position summary):

The Developer is responsible for designing, developing, coding, and testing full-stack application solutions This role ensures that application systems are robust, secure, and aligned with business requirements by participating in the technical design, development, and integration of multi-platform systems. The Developer works collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to regulatory and information security standards

How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities):

Programming Skills:
  • Develop, code, and test end-to-end stacks of applications to meet business objectives.
  • Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

  • Systems Implementation:
  • Participate in and conduct technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and frameworks to enhance application functionality and efficiency.

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Skills:
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and information security standards and policies in all aspects of application management.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

  • Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with technical team members and peers to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, using advanced verbal communication skills, including appropriate tone, style, and structure.

  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Collaborates with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to define and deliver technical solutions.
  • Works closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
  • Partners with project managers and product owners to align technical deliverables with business priorities.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience

    Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

    Must Have Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java/J2EE, GoLang, Spring/Spring Boot, Web Services (SOAP, JSON, RESTful).
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices and API development, with at least 2 years of Java development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone, style, and structure to different audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Good to have Skills:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Cloud environments, particularly Azure.
